Rice Crispy Bars easy as 1-2-3
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of our handcrafted marshmallows (5 oz)
- 2 Tablespoons butter ( use real butter )
- 3 cups of rice crispy cereal - We use non-GMO organic brown rice cereal
Melt butter in nonstick pan, low heat
Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted
Remove from heat then add rice crispy cereal & stir until coated
Top with sprinkles or chocolate chips for extra yummy-i-ness!
Press mixture gently into an 8x8 pan coated with non stick spray. Cut into portions and enjoy!
